Workshop custody is recorded and the stone is unavailable to every other allocation.
Available action or outcome: Complete the cut reconciliation; do not create another reservation.
Consumed
The parent remains as a read-only lineage source for its components, retained off-cuts and waste.
Available action or outcome: Open the reconciliation and descendants; the physical state cannot be reversed.
Broken
The breakage reason, actor, time and cost effect remain in the movement history.
Available action or outcome: Review the loss record; the stone cannot be selected or restored.
