●In StockAvailable stock can be selected for a governed reservation or issued to the workshop.
Available action or outcome: Reserve against an approved measure line, move it, or issue it.
●ReservedThe named project, approved measure line, holder, reason and expiry remain visible.
Available action or outcome: Extend or release the hold with a reason, or issue the stone.
●IssuedWorkshop custody is recorded and the stone is unavailable to every other allocation.
Available action or outcome: Complete the cut reconciliation; do not create another reservation.
●ConsumedThe parent remains as a read-only lineage source for its components, retained off-cuts and waste.
Available action or outcome: Open the reconciliation and descendants; the physical state cannot be reversed.
●BrokenThe breakage reason, actor, time and cost effect remain in the movement history.
Available action or outcome: Review the loss record; the stone cannot be selected or restored.
●Returned to SupplierThe supplier return and its reference remain visible beside any later valuation adjustment.
Available action or outcome: Review the return history; corrections append events rather than editing receipt cost.
●MissingThe stocktake reason and cost effect remain visible while the stone is removed from search and allocation.
Available action or outcome: Review the loss record; found legacy stock is raised as a new record.
