WorkSession capability inactive.WorkOrders may be queued or assigned, but cannot progress beyond Assigned. Actual participant identity, start/finish time, duration, physical completion, QC, rework and every dependent projection remain unavailable until the required privacy settings, staff notices and acknowledgements are accepted.

Customer-home evidence inactive.Site/install photographs, customer signatures, refusal details and substitute-evidence metadata remain unavailable until their privacy purpose, notice, access and retention controls are accepted.
